Access Reports In A web Interface

Hi,

I currently have an ODBC connection set up with a MYSQL database that’s
tables are linked to Microsoft Access. The main reason for doing this is
because I want to use the reporting feature of Access.

I am looking at making these reports available through a web interface, but
so far have been unsuccessful. All I can do is export a report as an HTML
file, but the reports this process achieves, will not be current with any
update that has occurred on the MYSQL database. I need to find a way of
presenting these access reports to a user that are current and are up to date
with all operations on the database, in a web interface environment.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

Access reports aren't designed for web interface. You need to use another
tool that is web enabled to do that. There are many web reporting tools
out there that are easy to use, such as Active Reports
http://www.datadynamics.com/ which works on the .Net platform along with
many others. Do a web search on web reporting packages.
