Access Reports and MS Word Docs

I have a database that is storing all tenant information - Their rent bill is
a letter rather than a document - Instead of creating the MS Access Report to
look like the letter, is there anyway to export the fields needed into a
document that is already set up somehow? meaning, just fit the fields into
the letter body rather than do it in Access?

I use Access database with Word mail merge. Data is loaded
in Access and pulled out using a query to select what you want and the Word
document.

Word Mail-Merge--- Open a blank Word document, click on menu TOOLS -
Letters and Mailings - Mail Merge. It opens an additional window on the
right and has step-by-step instructions and choices. You can also backup in
the process. Works fine for me.

In Access help, look up
Mail Merge + Merge tables or queries into Word mail merge files

How to merge data is version specific so follow your help file's
instructions.
