Access licenseing

What type of licenseing or developers licenseing do I need to develope
applications in Access 2002 in a multiuser environments where Access
database resides on a Windows 2000 server. Does each client need a runtime
license for Access or if I have XP Office Developers Suite will this cover
the client license? How many clients will this support?

Your Access 2002 Developer Edition only covers you and not the clients.
Nonetheless, you will have the right to distribute the Access client
run-time so users can run your applications if they don't have Access
installed. If you want them to have Access installed, they need to acquire
the proper licenses.
