Access Issue

I have several databases that I have created that are used throughout the
office. I am having issues involving the use of two different platforms
Windows XP and Vista. As well as some users having Access 2007 and some
having Access 2003.

Macro buttons fail to work sometimes, some of the databases have corrupted.
Does anyone have any thoughts I where I can go to look up troubleshooting
with these types of problems.

I do not know about the different platforms of Windows XP and Vista but I had
a database that various users had three version of Access. The solution was
to use a backend with the oldest version and link everyone's frontend to it.
