access denied problem

I recently added a win2k machine to an NT 4 Domain. I am
not able to access drives on other machines while logged
in as administrator on the win2k server. I get an access
denied error unless the share or directories on those
systems are marked for everyone to have access. Some of
them only have domain admin priv. Any help would be
appreciated.

Probably because the administrator password on the other
machines is different. You have a credential conflict.
Input the same password for Administrator on every
machines or do a "connect as...".
