Access Denied on My Documents folder.

Hello,

I've run into a problem I've never had before. I reinstalled XP onto a new
hard drive and now when I try to access the data in the My Documents folder
on the old hard drive, I get "Access Denied." I've checked the folder to
make sure that it's not read only and its not.

How can I get around this?
