access denied - end process

I am part of the administrators group and cannot kill a
process in another user's account (fast user switching in
use). When i try, i get "The operation could not be
completed. Access is denied." I tried it with taskkill
too and same result. I was reading up on it (how
processes are started in different security contexts) and
i know kill.exe is supposed to work for win NT. I was
wondering if i can use the kill.exe in winxp pro or if
there is some other way to end the process.

Thanks for the suggestion, and i figured it out partly to
that. Obviously adding yourself to the Debugger Users
group doesn't do it. You actually have to add yourself to
a user for debug programs under the local security policy.
