Hello,
I have a Access 2000 database that I have on my computer (windows XP Home)
and would like to access it via a webpage, is this possible? What would I
need to do? Do not want to use a web hosting company, really need to keep
everything cheap. Any idea would be helpful.
Thanks!

Who do you want to have access to this database, Russ - just you, your
family, your organisation, the general public?

If it's just you, I believe there's a single-user web server included in
Visual Web Developer 2005 Express Edition, see www.asp.net

If it's a handful of people on a LAN, you might be able to get by using the
version of IIS included in Windows XP Pro, but you'll have to upgrade as I
understand from your previous post that you're using Windows XP Home, which
does not include IIS.

If it's a larger organisation, you'll need Windows 2003 Server.

If it's the general public, then unless you work for a very large
organisation that operates its own public web servers (in which case you
need to talk to your administrator) using a hosting service is pretty much a
given.

There are non-Microsoft solutions as well, of course, but I am not familiar
enough with those to comment on them.
