Access application not using default printer settings going though Citrix

Hello, I have recently upgraded an Access 97 application to Access 2003. One
of my remote offices (UK) goes though Citrix to run the access front-end.

The users have their default printer set to paper type of A4. When they open
Word and go to File -->> Print...(which opens the print dialog screen) they
see the paper setting is set to A4(Which is correct). When in the access
application and reviewing a report and going to the print dialog it says
paper size is Letter instead of A4. Before upgrading to the newer version of
access it would point correctly to A4.

Any ideas why this is happening?

Thanks

Don

Did you ever figure out what was causing this? We are seeing similar issues
with Excel and Outlook on Citrix. We set the default printer with a paper
setting of Letter. When you print something in Word, the default settings
look OK. When you print something in Excel or Outlook, the paper setting
changes to Envelope.

Hello, I am also experiencing a similar issue. After upgrading to Access
2003 our Citrix users are not able to print correctly using the Citrix
Universal Print Driver. It comes out all jumbled.
