access 2007 vertical/horizontal spacing

Layout Tabular or Stacked seems to be as close as I can get to the pre 2007
versions vertical and horizontal spacing commands. Can I still obtain access
to these functions?

Hi Grimwadec,
if you remove the layout, choose remove instead of tabular or stacked, you
can still arrange controls vertically or horizontally the same as you can in
A2003.

Thanks but I don't use Tabular or Stacked. And sure, I can arrange controls
vertically or horizontally but I want to be able to use the former spacing
functions, make equal, and increase or decrease vertical or horizontal
spacing.
