Access 2007 Rich Text Field

Hi,

I have 3 fields that use Ricth text. When doing data entry on these field,
there is no tools bar to allow user to format text. Is there a Rich text
format menu or tools bar for using with these fields (to underline,
Italicize etc)?

Is this in a subform?

In a main form, there are items on the ribbon for rich text formatting.

The trouble is that these are not available in a subform.
It's one of the bugs listed here:

As the article mentions, you can still select text and bold with hotkeys
such as Ctrl+B.
