Access 2007 Create Labels

I created a Database using a Microsoft tempplate for addresses. Name,
address, city, state and zip. When I click the Create tab, Labels the wizard
walks you though printing the labels. When you get the page where you select
the fields address is not there. Hard to make a mailing label without the
address. I have spent over an hour and give up. I am new to Access, I have
ownerd earlier versions but could never figure it out, I thought 2007 would
be better, the jury is still out.

Thanks

Hi Jerry,

Is this the Personal Address Book template that you are using?
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/TC010185811033.aspx?pid=CT101446711033

or perhaps the Contacts template?
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/TC012253471033.aspx

If you can identify the template in question, and provide a link for it,
someone should be able to help you further.

Hmmm.....I just tried downloading this template, and I get the following
error message:

This Web page is unavailable
Verify the spelling of your address and try again.

Troubleshooting Tips:
If you typed your address into your web browser, check the address for
errors. Some common address errors include:
Spelling: Make sure that all words are spelled correctly, and that numbers
and letters (such as l and 1) are not switched.

etc.

I went ahead and reported this error as feedback, but for the present time,
I cannot seem to get a copy of this sample. I wonder if this is because the
PC I attempted to download it on (the one that is connected to the internet)
does not have Access 2007 on it? Another newer PC does have Access 2007, but
it has no internet connection yet.

If you can send me a zipped copy of this sample, I will take a look at it.
My e-mail address is available at the bottom of the contributors page,
indicated below in my sig. line.
