Have you tried google?
I did and got the following!
"This sounds like you are trying to open a database created in an earlier version of Access. If this is the case open up the Visual Basic Editor and click on Tools then References...
Then uncheck any Reference except Visual Basic For Applications and Microsoft Access Object Library, and see how it goes. You will probably get rid of the error, but the database may have functional problems, which you will have to sort out".
Recommendation does not work for me. Any other suggestions?
