Access 2000 vs Access 2003

I use Access 2000 at home to develop a data base used at the office in
Access 2003. At the Office I have problems from time to time with its use
of "little" wizards appearing from time to time on my forms. For example it
changes names life Cafe to Café .. i.e. the "e" has an accent. I have
absolutely no time at the office to figure out what I think must be an
option, or Access is somehow set for French Canadian (I'm in Canada).

Any help would be much appreciated.

The feature you refer to is the AutoCorrect spelling feature that is part of
all the Office products.

You can disable it by opening your form in design view, and setting the
Allow AutoCorrect property to No for each control. It's on the Other tab of
the properties box.

Many thanks for your help .. it is much appreciated. Will disable Auto
Correct now that I know about it.
