Access 2000 Project not connected to SQL server

We have one user who belongs to the same role as the rest
of the group, everyone is on W2K, has Access 2000, etc.
He can open the .adp file, but cannot see any of the
tables or open any report, form. he keeps getting this
message: ACCESS WAS NOT ABLE TO PERFORM THIS OPERATION
BECAUSE THE PROJECT IS NOT CONNECTED TO A SQL SERVER
DATABASE.

When it initially opens to the home screen, if you go to
File/Connection, it lists the correct server and database,
and TestConnection says it is connected.

Any other ideas?

Thanks,
ChelleV

Actually, I found the fix myself, but wanted to post it in
case anyone else came across this. This person had recent
re-built his machine. He was missing a component of
Access. If you go to this link, it is the #7 download.
