Access 2000-application crashes in Novell-environment

I have an Access application with front-end on local machines, back-end on
server.
All users log on using the mdw-file
There are about 100-200 new records every day.
Users register data in a form and other users view all the data 100-200
records
in a continous form. When the fourth user is logged on, the system often
crashes
and the be.mdb is tgards
otally corrupted, it can not be repaired, not even with the jetcomp-file.
The network-environment is Novell and I wonder if thre is any differences
between Windows and Novell.
It seems that the application is less stabile in a Novell-environment.
This is very bad, because the users loose confidence in the system, it has
been developed over
several years and is used in different offices around the country.
