access 07 report/design view/from query

in access 2007, if i create a report in design view, and choose to see the
field list, i can see fields from all tables. is it possible to see a list
of queries so that i can base the report on fields from the query? i'd
prefer not to use the report wizard.

Hi Cathy,

Set the Record Source property for the report to the desired query
before viewing the fields list.
