Acces 97 & RAM problems

I am using Access97 on Windows Xp - generally I have no problems.

However I recently upgraded my RAM from 512Mb to 1Gb.

Now Access will not open giving the message "Not enogh memory".

Do I have to revert to 512Mb RAM or is there a fix?

Peter,

You hit the magic number that causes problems with 97. The
latest release of Jet should fix the problem. You can get
that at download.microsoft.com.
