Accepted Safe Mode action: Microsoft Office Outlook

Description:
OS: Windows 2000 SP4
Office 2003
Dell Optiplex P4 1G RAM
T1 Point to Point Connection back to Office (T1 Line Ok per Tele Co.)

At any given time I can not read or send emails.

Any ideas
