about Grouppolicy

Hi, all,
Im trying to use grouppolicy to customize my computer, but i want to
know the difference from "computer configuration" and "User configuration".

I write a login script and attach it to the "user configuration", but i find
it take effect to the all local user, Can i control the script who can use?

Comp Config applies to computer accounts. User Config applies to user
accounts. If you are in the AD, GPO is linked to OU, and the GPO is applied
to the comp or user objects in that OU.

If you're doing this using a local group policy, and do not have any
domain-based policies set that will override these settings, user policy
will apply to all local users.
