about CSC directory

Hi,all

I am using XPE sp1. I met a strange problem. My XPE image works very well on
my device, however, from yesterday, it reported an error during boot, which
says that a file named 0000001(sometimes 00000002)under c:\windows\CSC\ is
damaged, you should run CHKDSK. The messagebox disppears in two or three
seconds automatically and system continues to boot.

So , what is CSC for? How to get rid of it(or the messagebox)?
