on my display icon it is frozen so we can not change
level of color it is stuck on level 16 can not get
256 level-screen is blury!makes it difficult to even
get online! we even tried system restore but it won't
work!

Sounds like you don't have the right video card driver - see if you can
download it from the manufacturer's websites.
