In the bios settings set the ram to run at 100% not SPD - there are known
issues withe SPD being corrupt on some Corsair memory modules, see if that
helps - in the meantime I'll keep scratching my head.

Could be worth a try. Should only take a few minutes to get the
results. From what I've been reading, most folks agree on using 100%.

Set memory in sync and dont let it go by SPD. Memory errors or even the
memory running out of sync (ie ram at 200/400 and fsb at 166/333) dont seem
to work too well sometimes, I changed my memory to run in sync on day2 and
it cured all of my problems
I tried it both ways... SPD and SYNCH

Sorry, with all of the different variations and the time between
trials, I forgot. However, it did not work the second time when trying
it in synch. BTW, I could find a "SYNCH" setting for this board/BIOS,
so I assumed the 100% setting is the same.
