A7N8x-D 1.06 constant rebooting..

Yo!
Been running this rig for about 8 months, never had a prob..
Now, i am getting intermitent reboots..appears to happen ranomly. when
it
starts rebooting, its constant. If i power off for an hour or
so..seems to run ok for a while..
2700+ amd, PNY 4400 video, 2 x 256 Corsair 2700, 420w Antec PS.
Current bios. optimum settings, no oc..
Video driver is 44.03 nvidia, W/xp home w all current patches
(swapped video with a gf 3 had same probs..)
Temp averages 45c cpu, 32 mb..
Running Probe history during time the reboots occur:
V is between 12.09 - 12.4
3.3v - 3.2-3.4
vcore - 1.68 and 1.69
Havnt "done nuttin" in way of new apps or system changes i a while..
should i look at voltage? Board messed up? whadda ya think?

Any thoughts appreciated

Look first at your Windows settings.
My Computer/Properties/Advanced/Error reports (this may be
different. My version is french : Rapport d'erreurs.)
If Enabled, disable.

I've only limited exper. w/this mobo (4), but more w/the cpu's (XP2100's
and close around): they are picky about amperage output. This being so,
I've "shelved" several ps's (generic, liteweight, el cheapos, that came with
cases!)--even ones showing like 24 amps on 3.3 volt and 25(?) amps on the
12-volt rails. BTW: I've yet to shelf ANY heavyweight, just going by feel,
ps that had a minimum rating of 28 amps on the 3.3 rail. Seems like ps's
w/this minimum rating on this rail ALL are not only in the heavyweights, but
don't let us down on the XP+'s.
Not just my own theory about the 28 amp-min. at 3.3-v, but also from a
sample--admittedly small--number of incidents. HTH & good luck. s
