Okay having a problem getting Vista to see the other two computers on the
network (Both are XPs)

I have tried making the workgroup names the same, changing firewall/network
sharing stuff. I can't think of what else to do.

The XP's can see but not access the vista, I don't know wht else to try.

Actually, I fixed the problem earlier. I was browsing other topics and saw
that uninstalled Norton fixed the problem for someone else and i was like
what the heck lets try it. So i did and its fixed :D Thanks for trying to
assist though ^.^

In many cases, to fix this issue, reconfigure Firewall or security software. thank you for the update.
