I have some VBA code for Access and Excel multi applications.

Can I have a module that to accessed by all my applications that I do not
rewrite and copy and paste to every single application

your information is great appreciated,

You can put that code in standard modules in a separate VBA
project (in an Access or(?) Excel file).

Then your other projects can use that file as a library by
selecting it in the VBA - Tools - References.

Hmm, not sure how Excel works on such although I'm sure it's got to be
possible.
