A Runtime error window continuously pops up

I have had a window that continuously pops up at random times that says
"Just-in-time debugging". In the middle of the window it states this: A New
Instance In Microsoft Script Editor. Then at the bottom it asks if I wish to
debug. I click on yes. Then a new window pops up stating this: Step into
Remote Procedure Call. Then in the next portion of the window it has the
process which states this: [3300]C:\Program Files\Dell Support
Center\bin\Sprtcmd.exe Then at the bottom of the page it has: Choose the
program types that you want to debug and the only thing in that window is
"script" with a check mark beside it. So I click ok. Then the next window
states that the following programs will be debugged: script.
Then a small window pops upwith this: Microsoft Visual Studio Debugger
(warning symbol)WshShell.RegRead:Unable to open registry
Key"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\DELL\HWDiag\PCDpath" for reading. then it has
the four boxes under that heading: break, continue, ignore, and help. I try
to click the continue and it keeps bringing me back to that message with the
warning symbol. So I click on break and this is where the cursor is flashing:
dim PCDrPath : PCDrPath = WshShell.RegRead
("HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\DELL\HWDiag\PCDpath")
dim TestResultPath : TestResultPath = oFSO.BuildPath (sCommonAppData,
"Dell\HWDiag")
What does all of this mean? This never started until I try to uninstall
Defender Pro off of my computer. Any comments or suggestions?

Open internet options, advanced, check the box "disable script debugging"
chk the box "disable other debugging",& uncheck the box "display script
errors"
close out options.

I'm seeing this on my system as well.
I tried what was suggested but it did not work
(my settings were already in that state).
