a program can't resize

i have a program that worked fine until i enlarged the
window in the program options menu (i think) the program
window now takes up the whole screen but part of the window
is off the moniter. i can't resize. can't access the file
options menu (it's off the screen) and "move" wouldn't
allow me to raise the window up the monitor screen enough
to access the menu and the arrows didn't let me resize the
program window when i did get the window away from the
monitors edge. i'm actually running XP.

With most programs you can access the commands on the menu bar by pressing the ALT
key (which activates the menu bar) and pressing the keyboard shortcut (the underlined
character in menus). For many programs ALT+O opens the Options menu.
