on Word?  

Type whatever size you want in the "size" box (and press Enter). You
can go up to some number considerably larger than the biggest piece of
paper your printer will accept.

Well, maybe. You can have any size from 1 to 1638 points, in half-point
increments. The maximum paper size for Word is 22" (which is not beyond the
capacity of some printers), and 1638 supposedly represents this limit, even
though it actually (nominally) equals 22.75". Given the standard line
spacing in Word, it would amount to a good bit more, but for larger point
sizes it's usually necessary to reduce the line spacing considerably (often
to less than the nominal point size of the type) to create the right
appearance.
