A Nasty Trojan

OK a friend seems to have his laptop infected with various Trojans & is having difficulty removing them! I have suggested running malwarebytes on it to remove it?
If this does not remove it any suggestions??

Their AV/Firewall is AVG full version which cant seem to shift it!

What would people view to be the best package of anti virus, firewall & internet security to run once it's clean?
Then next week i can sort the laptop out for them with decent protection.

You could use Sophos Virus removal tool after using Mailwarebytes

seems it's all cleared now, but have advised them on better protection, cheers for advice.
