a macro sometimes does not run one of its make table query??

I have a form which autoexecutes every time a database is opened. that form
has a button with which runs a macro onclick. In that macro there are a
series of open query actions. One of those open query action is supposed to
run a make table query. the data from this table is shown on the final report.
the problem is that, this make table query is not run sometimes and hence
those particular field values are not shown on the report. its a frustating
problem.
please help?? also how do u put conditions in the macro to run those queries
in a particular sequence??

Could you describe why you need to create a new table just to run your
report? Where is the data for this table coming from?
