A connection to the server.....

Good Day!
I get this message in my Outlook 2003 frequently.
"A connection to the server could not be established.
http://Services.MSN.com/SVCS/Hotmail/httpmail.asp is now in offline mode"
The connection is through network and DSL from Qwest/MSN.com.
This result usually in incomplete download of emails, requiring cycling
Outlook off-and-on.
Suggestions will be appreciated, Thanks

Sounds like you're using the connector to MSN mail verses a Pop mail
account. I'm sure the MSN mail connector works most of the time but it's
provided as a courtesy and probably isn't as reliable as a pop account.

Thanks very much for the return.
I do not have any POP accounts any more, as far as I know.
Any suggestions?
