A comment and my last entry to this newsgroup

Anyone who claims to open a business dealing with corporate laws and asks
questions relating to laws in a powerpoint newsgroup deserves to be dressed
down. Or perhaps it is common in USA ?
For a newsgroup which is incapable of eradicating spammers from infesting
the venue, anyone who ventures to take on as authoritative personnel is a
joke.
It is called hypocrisy.

In many ways I agree with you. However, abandoning the newsgroup because one
person gave you a very mild rebuke for behavior that was slightly rude is a
bit odd to me. Personally, I thought your response was appropriate given the
inanity of the question in this context, but one other person thought it
crossed the line and said so (in a polite way). We try to be civil in this
group and appreciate civil and helpful responses. If you don't want to
participate, that is your choice, but it is an odd choice based on one
person not liking one of your responses.
