Recently have been playing Tiger Woods 2004. The max resolution in the game
is limited to desktop resolution. My old desktop was 1280x1024 and this look
fine on my NEC 22" monitor as far as web browsing. Now I have set my desktop
to 1920x1440 to get max resolution out of the game. The game looks fine but
now my desktop and web browsing looks way to small. I have chosen large
fonts but it still doesnt look right, When I'm web browsing most of the
pages like MSN.com are very narrow or compacted to the middle of the
screen,. Are their any settings I can use to get full screen web browsing
with a high resolution desktop?

Two options, one practical, one not:
1) Decent Browser: Firefox and Opera scale pages nicely.
2) Only visit sites that use relative dimensions for everything :p
