9800pro DVD playback

I got my dual monitor stuff squared away but now I have a problem with DVD
playback.. the play back is all pixelated, I've tried powerDVD XP, windows
media player, and VideoLAN, and they all yield the same results. I tried
capturing a frame from a movie to show what it looks like, but the screen
capture looks perfectly sharp. any ideas?

Don't really know if this well work, but you could
try reducing the video acceleration a notch at a time
and see if that helps. The first notch back says it
addresses corrupt images as well as mouse problems.

The video acceleration slider is at the troubleshooting
tab under advanced settings of display properties.
