9600 Pro restarts computer!

Hi,

I have a 9600 Pro. Its a great card, although I am having problems
with one game.
In America's Army, there is a command you can type to flush your
graphics cache so that your game becomes more smooth.
This used to be ok on my previous nVidia card.

However, I have noticed that when I type flush, it gives me a blank
blue screen for 2 seconds, then restarts my computer. XP then says its
recovered from a serious error. This has happened repeatedly and other
people also do have problems of this sort, as can be seen here:

http://forum.americasarmy.com/viewtopic.php?t=5278

Is there anything I can do about it? The solution given in the thread
is of no use to me as I cannot seem to start SmartGart.

I have Cat 3.9 drivers, taken off ATI site.

Maybe its the drivers? I have VPU recovery off and Write Combining off
in the control panel. My BIOS doesn't have an option to disable fast
writes so I can't do that.

I heard that 3.7 were pretty good. Should I install the 3.7 from the
ATI site? Or should I try the Omega drivers? What do you guys think of
them? Should I try the 3.9 Omega? or the 3.7 Omega? Or the 3.7
official?

Please tell me what to do as this is one of the games I play everyday
and I really can't be without it :)
All the other games seem to run fine, although I haven't played many
in the past few days to be sure. 3DMark seemed to run fine, of course,
I haven't stress tested the system to make sure.

This happens right after a cold boot to the system, so I don't think
it could be the card overheating. My system is stable otherwise.

Ok, I just stress tested my system for about 10 hours. It ran
perfectly ok. So its definitely not overheating.
Can anyone please tell me what drivers to install?
