841382 hotfix

MS04-011 is the great patch to see off Sasser. It does,
however trash some Win 2k machines - 99% system process.
Can anyone send me the hotfix listed as 841382 which MS
kindly don't include for download?

must send it directly to you, if you have any issues with this let me know
but I suspect you will be pleased with this process.

Is there any way I can do this (in the UK) without first
giving my credit card details and perhaps being charged
£69? I will certainly not be pleased with the process if
