823559 Update Keeps Comming Back

Update 823559 Keeps comming back in windows update. I have installed it
repediatly and it wont go away can anyone help. I am running a win2kpro
machine

I had same problem w/822925. Turns out that I had to
reinstall ie6 from scratch. Then I downloaded the
822925.exe to local and ran it sucessfully. Of course, I
had to update some other ieSec Updates as well, 33* family.
