823559 critical update install problem

I've tried to install this security update about five
times, but it keeps coming up on the updates required list
after Windows runs the online check. This after several
restarts.
Any ideas or advice very welcome!

I am also having this problem with this patch number. I have read on the
board that somebody had a simular problem (ie different patch) and they had
to reinstall Explorer to correct it. Does somebody have a solution to this?
If so please post it to the news group.
