640 x 460 24-bit color required

I need to run a piece of software that REQUIRES 640x480 screen resolution with a 24-bit color depth. I can use display settings and get the 640x480, but my only choices of color are 16 and 32 bit. Is this a driver issue? Can someone recommend a video card that will support this mode under Windows 2000? Any other suggestions?

Thanks,
Jim

I'm sure the Matrox G400 and G450 do, not sure about Matrox's
later cards.

Just out of curiosity what software requires this? 32-bit mode is just
24-bit color with an added alpha channel.
