533fsb cpu and 800mhz Motherborad

Just Wondering

Will a Northwood 533FSB CPU and an 4X AGP video card and Samsung DDR 333 ram
work in Aopen AX4C Motherboard?

I have chance to get a board at a good price, and won't change over my other
items until later if these will work together.
