451 Failure writing to local file?

Hello,

I just ran into this error messsage while trying to publish a page to my web
server:
451 Failure writing to local file

I am running a Windows XP home edition, new computer
with Microsoft Front Page 2000
Here is the path to my web/local files on my computer:
C:\Documents and Settings\My Name\My Documents\My Webs\myweb\haley

In the past I have been able to use the publish to web command in front page
and it worked just fine.
my server doesn't have FP extensions installed, so my ISP uses a ftp
address, which has always worked for me since I got the new XP machine.

I can see a few of my pages on the web and they look just fine, but my index
page and a few others are blank?

I also get the same 451 error message while trying to use WS_FTP_LE to
upload any new or modified pages.

I do not remember doing anything to my computer or the programs that would
make this error message come up.
I know from another message I posted that XP Home does not support PWS, so I
do not have one on this machine.

I just tried Publishing to Web with another one of my sites which has FP
extentions installed and the file went through correctly with no errors.

So is this a FP thing or is it a setting somewhere that I inadvertantly
goofed with?
I am assuming since it is a failure to a local disk that it is on my end and
not on my ISP's end?

Any help would be so much appreciated!!
Tracey

I also just tried what Stefan B Rusynko suggested in message Can't publish
to host 7/31/05
Make sure you can open your online site in FP using either
- File Open Site - enter your URL as http://www.yoursitename.com/
- Browse to the site in IE and try File - Edit w/ FP
When I did this all I get is another blank page, but it did open in FP 2000.
Then I tried it with my vector page and it showed up with all the text but
none of the pictures were there.
Is it possible that my Temporary Internet Files folder is corrupt?
C:\Documents and Setting\My Name\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files\Content.IE5\U3A7Y1AN\vector_Shapes[1].htm
And if it is, how do I delete the correct temp file?
