404 Not Found

I am using IE7

When I type in a specific web address I know is good as it shows up on my
other computer using the same router in my home, I get the following error:

Not Found
The requested URL /hws/dell-usuk-rel/afe was not found on this server.

The above has nothing to do with what I typed in. I have tried the
following to correct this issue with no success. Reboot, Delete History,
Delete Temporary Files, and Defrag.

Does anyone have any clues how to correct my problem and'or how it was caused?

FYI
I am not having any other issues with other sites as they all work and come
up. It's only 1 particular site.
The other wired issue is it's only the home page of the site the the 404
error message appears. If I type in the home page/page2 that shows up fine.
Very wierd as it's a page I visit often over the last few years and can't
figure this out.
