2007 not working with 2003 db

My client's office has several XP/Access2003 computers running a 2003 db on
the server. They have bought a new computer Vista/Access2007. It can open
the db and the forms seem to work correctly. Most reports don't work. For
example, a WorkOrder report gives the message: "A custom macro in this report
has failed to run, and is preventing the report from rendering." The
offending macro sets the visible property to No (on format) if certain data
are missing. A similar macro called on format on a different grouping header
works just fine. This db has had no changes in probably five years and the
XP/Access 2003 computers continue to run the program error free. I have
added the server location as a trusted site, so I don't think that is the
problem. I don't know what to try next.

The macro may be 'prevented' from running if Access doesn't trust it.

To trust your folder where your database resides, click:
* Office Button (top left)
* Access Options (bottom of dialog)
* Trust Center (left)
* Trust Center Settings (button)
* Trusted Locations (left)
* Add new location (button)

I had already done this. I have now added the "shared files" folder (in
which the db folder resides) and clicked the "allow subfolders" box. It
still doesn't work. The program runs some macros without problems.
