2007 and 2003

I work for a large company, some people have started using 2007 (I am
still using 2003). What are the pros / cons of working in 2007 and
saving the file to be compatible with 2003 for editing?. Are the
charting options better in 2007? Can everything be edited if saved
for 2003 format?

any help would be appreciated.
