2003 DCpromo error

Did any ione have security issues with 2003 dcpromo when
trying to upgrade? And ahow about this message "your
security settings do not allow you to specify wheter or
not this account is to be trusted for delegation"

That is in the Domain Controller Security policy make sure the
administrators group had the ability to be trusted for delations.
