Hi, Justin.

This question is asked and answered here several times a week, so a few
minutes spent searching might have found the answer more quickly than asking
again.

See this KB article:
Error Message: Windows Could Not Start Because the Following File Is Missing
or Corrupt: \Winnt\System32\Config\System.ced
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=269075

The ".ced" on the end it spurious; it's an artifact left from the prior
message that didn't get erased.

Or:
Error Message: Windows 2000 Could Not Start Because the Following File Is
Missing or Corrupt: \Winnt\System32\Config\System
http://support.microsoft.com/defaul...port/kb/articles/q319/0/11.asp&NoWebContent=1
