2000 Upgrade

I am bringing in my first Win2k server to my NT network.
Once I start Active Directory will the users and groups be
converted automatically? Will this cause any problems
with my exchange server?

Are you bringing up a new domain controller in your existing NT domain? Or
just bringing online a new member server? Users are not automatically
migrated to AD. You need to use a tool like ADMT (Active Directory
Migration Tool). It's a pretty big endeavor in migrating from NT's domains
to Active Directory, so make sure you've done your homework.
