2000 Problems

My kids have recently been playing on my computer and have
done something to my windows 2000. Everytime i try to
click on my computer or anything else to do with windows
the desktop icons just disappear and then reappear again
without doing anything. I cant get into the control panel,
explorer, my computer or my documents or recycle bin

Other than sell the kids, or other henious options;
There was a similar problem posted recently, the cure being in IE advanced
Options uncheck 'enable third party browser'
