20,000 file fullscan limit bug?

Since updating to version 1.0.701 my system has been crashing everytime it
hits 19,999 files in full scan mode. I can successfully workaround by using
the intelligent quickscan, however it seems like a serious limitation.

Also, I have observed the reduced scanned file count issue between quick and
full scans on other systems (i can't currently confirm this on my own system
for obvious reasons). On one system that I attempted to verify the above
problem the quick scan reported 24,000+ files whilst the full scan reported
19,786 files.

Thankyou,

Have you tried these operations running in safe mºde?

Make certain that you are using the administrator account that installed the
ªpp.

Download the following and run a thorough scan in safe mºde:

NOTE: Make certain to update every app before booting into Safe Mode since
you WILL NOT have access to the Internet from Safe Mºde.
